The Chilkoot Lumber Dock Facility is comprised of fee simple and leasehold estate parcels.
Parcel 1:
The lessee's interest in and to the leasehold estate as described in the lease agreement recorded February 10,1984 in Book 11 at Page 280 and as assigned by instruments recorded December 14,1983 in Book 10 at Page 930 and November 20,1987 in Book 16 at Page 491, and further described as;
Alaska Tidelands Survey No. 695, Haines Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska.
Parcel 2:
The lessee's interest in and to the leasehold estate as described in the lease agreement recorded September , 1967 in Deed Book 9 at Page 177, and re-recorded February 16,2005 in Serial No. 2005-000070-0, and any amendments thereto, and as assigned by instruments recorded December 14,1983 in Book 10 at Page 930, November 20,1987 in Book 16 at Page 488, and February 16,2005 in Serial No. 2005-000074-0, and further described as;
Tracts A and B of Alaska Tidelands Survey No. 568, Haines Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska.
Parcel 3:
The lessee's interest in and to the leasehold estate as described in the lease agreement recorded August 09.1990 in Book 19 at Page 709, and further described as;
Alaska Tideland Survey No. 1349, according to Plat 88-9, Haines Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska.
Parcel 4:
The lessee's interest in and to the leasehold estate as described in the lease agreement recorded October 10.1991 in Book 20 at Page 978, and further described as;Tracts A and E of Alaska State Land Survey 87-123, according to Plat 89-6, Haines Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska.
EXCEPT THEREFROM: those portions transferred to the Department of Highways by Interagency Land Management Transfer recorded December 16,1969;
AND EXCEPT THEREFROM: those portions given to the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities as shown in the Declaration of Taking and Final Order of Condemnation Case No. 1JU-92-1464CI.

The lessee's interest in and to the leasehold estate as described in the unrecorded Alaska Division of Natural Resources Case Abstract File No. ADL 67499, which was reviewed by this company within the records of the State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, and further described as;
Tract A of Alaska Tidelands Survey No. 1385, according to Plat 90-11, Haines Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska.
Parcel 6:
That certain tract of land in U.S. Survey 178, Haines Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at Corner No. 1 of U.S. Survey 178, run thence S 11 degrees 06' W 612.85 along the Western Boundary of said survey, to a point which bears Nil degrees 06' E a distance of 65.89 feet from Corner No. 2 of said survey; thence N 22 degrees 15' E 610.23 feet; thence N 72 degrees 03' W a distance of 118.85 feet to Corner No. 1, the point of beginning.
EXCEPT THEREFROM the foregoing parcels, that part taken by the State of Alaska in Case No. 69-316 of the Superior Court of Juneau, the Declaration of Taking which was recorded November 03,1969 in Deed Book 10 at Page 182;
AND EXCEPT THEREFROM that part conveyed to the State of Alaska by deed recorded November 06, 1984 in Book 12 at Page 304;

BEGINNING at United States Land Monument No. 178 (USLM No. 178) run thence S 22 degrees 15' West 660.57 feet to the Southerly line of said survey; thence N 67 degrees 45' W 187.26 feet to the Southwest Corner of said Survey; thence Nil degrees 06' E 65.89 feet on the Westerly line of said survey; thence N 22 degrees 15' E 611.25 feet to the Meander Line of said survey, at a point S 72 degrees 03' E 119.05 feet from the Northwest Corner of said Survey; thence S 72 degrees 03' E on said Meander Line 200.56 feet; thence S 22 degrees 15' W 30.36 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT THEREFROM that certain portion conveyed to the State of Alaska by deed recorded November 06,1984 in Book 12 at Page 304 for Highway Purposes.

BEGINNING at Corner No. 3 of said survey, run thence N 67 degrees 45' W a distance of 800.56 feet along the Southerly boundary of said Survey, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence, continuing along the Southerly boundary, N 67 degrees 45' W a distance of 296.21 feet; thence N 22 degrees 15' E a distance of 579.97 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way limits of Lutak Road; thence along said right-of-way, along a 42 degrees 51' 14" curve to the right (radius = 133.70 feet) through an arc of 38 degrees 44' 43" an arc length of 91.41 feet (chord = S 81 degrees 02' 04" E 88.70 feet to the right-of-way point of curvature; thence along a tangent for Lutak Road right-of-way, S 61 degrees 39' 53" E a distance of 97.59 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a 16 degree 16' 43" curve to the right (radius = 351.97 feet), through an arc of 19 degrees 10' 04" an arc length of 117.75 feet (chord = S 52 degrees 04' 51" E 117.20 feet) to the Northeasterly most corner of the herein described tract; thence S 22 degrees 15' W a distance of 558.35 feet to the point of beginning.

That certain tract of land in U.S. Survey 178, Haines Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska, more particularly described as follows;
Begin at a point on the Northerly Meander Line of U.S. Survey 178 (said point bears N 22 degrees 15' E a distance of 30.4 feet from the USLM No. 178), run thence S 72 degrees 03' E a distance of 49.7 feet along the Northerly Meander Line of said Survey; thence continuing on said Meander Line, run thence S 51 degrees 22' E a distance of 10.3 feet to the Northerly right-of-way of Lutak Road; thence Westerly along said right-of-way line along a 25 degree 36' 46" curve to the left through an arc of 15 degrees 32' 49" a distance of 60.7 feet; thence N 22 degrees 15' E a distance of 10.8 feet to the point of beginning.
